Replacing or installing your new roof

1. Get in touch via the form above or give us a call to schedule an onsite assessment.
2. When we arrive at your property, we’ll assess, measure and advise on the various options available based on environmental considerations and colour and style options to best suit your home. We can also advise on repairing any damage and have lower cost options for damage to timber fascia.
3. A detailed quote will be provided and on acceptance, we’ll schedule a time to get started.
4. If your home is a single storey we will usually remove and install your new guttering on the same day, and for a two storey home within 2 days. We remove all of your old materials for a neat and tidy finish.
5. On completion and once you’re satisfied, we’ll issue a Certificate of Compliance and provide a tax invoice for payment. All of our product warranties and workmanship guarantees apply.

What kind of roof should I use for a pergola?
A pergola is a small roof over an outdoor space. If this space is being used for entertaining we may suggest options such as Laserlight polycarbonate materials that will optimise light and sun making the space feel open and bright while still protective. If the space is just outside of your front door and being used to keep school shoes and work boots dry while outside of the house, this may be more suited to a colorbond metal roof product. We can look at how your space is being used and provide quality advice on how to optimise your area.

Carports need to be durable and protect against weather damage. Melbourne weather can throw out harsh sun or tennis ball sized hail all in one week! Your carport must keep your car safe in all weather conditions. Often polycarbonate or Laserlight roofing works well for carports, however, for a more structured option, a metal Colorbond roof may be preferred. We can advise the best option for your area and how you intend to use the space. We also often install a combination of both Colorbond metal roof with polycarbonate options to act as a skylight.
